ORDER

Pursuant to the orders issued in the Government Order read above, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following adhoc rule as respects the special Temporary Promotions or Special Ad- hoc Promotions on completion of fifteen years of service class or category in any state or Subordinate service.

 

2. The following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

 

NOTIFICATION

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following ad-hoc rule.

AD-HOC RULE

 

Notwithstanding anything contained in the State and Subordinate Services Rules or the Special Rules applicable, every Government employee duly qualified who is promoted or recruited by transfer, ad-hoc, to any post, in a State or Subordinate service by virtue merely of his having completed fifteen years of service in the category or grade from which such promotion is made or in a post borne in a service from which such recruitment by transfer is made, as the case may be, in accordance with the scheme contained in the Government Order No. 117, Finance and Planning (Fin.-Wing PRC.I) Department, dated 25-5-1981 shall be entitled only to receive the pay and allowances attached to sue post, and shall not, unless the order of promotion or recruitment by transfer to such post other wise directs, be entitled to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of such post, but shall, continue to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the post from which he was so promoted or recruited by transfer.
