Read the following :-

1) From the General Secretary, All India State Government Employees Federation, Calcutta, Letter Dt. 16-11-1998.

2) From the P resident, A.P.N.G.Os Association Letter Dt. 27-11-1998.

3) From the P resident, A.P. Highways (R&B) Employees Union Letter, dt. 25-11-98.

4) Govt. Circular Memo No. 73006/S.W/98-1&2, G.A.(SW) Dept., dt. 2-12-1998.

5) From the P resident, A.P.N.G.Os Association, Hyderabad representation, dt. 22-12-1998.

ORDER:

The A.P.N.G.Os Association, Hyderabad represented that their members have participated in one day Strike on 11-12-1998 in pursuance of the call given by the All India State Government Employees Federation, Calcutta and A.P.N.G.Os Association, Hyderabad. The A.P.N.G.Os Association therefore requested that necessary orders may be issued. to treat the period of absence on 11-12-1998 as Special Casual Leave or Leave to which they are eligible.

2. After examining the matter carefully, Government, direct that the appropriate authorities shall sanction Leave to which the employees are eligible and to those who do not have leave, they shall be given E.O.L. for which no pay will be given and this applies to those employees who have participated in the one day strike on 11-12-1998.

3. The Heads of Departments/District Collectors and other sub-ordinate Officers are requested to take necessary action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrrence of Finance and P lanning (Fin.Wing) Department vide their U.O.No. 2680/55/A2/FR-I/99, dt. 25-01- 1999.
