ORDER:
In the Government orders 1st and 2nd read above, deceased/retiring Government servants were allowed encashment of leave at credit upto a maximum of 120 days. In the Government orders 4th read above, the maximum limit of encashment of earned leave al the credit of a Government servant on the date of death/retirement has been enhanced from 120 days to 180 days.
2. It has been represented that full allowances payable during the initial period of 120 days may be allowed during the period exceeding 120 days also.
3. Government after careful consideration hereby order that pay and allowances should be allowed in full for the encashment of leave on death/retirement al the same rate as allowed during the initial period of 120 days for the period exceeding 120 days also upto 180 days.
4. These orders are applicable to the Government servants governed by all sets of leave rules and will come into force from the date of effect of the orders contained in the orders 4th and 5th read above.
